• Introducing UX practice and process to help modernize products for hundreds of state and local governments across the U.S.
• Partnering with PMs to improve records, payments, court and jury products based on an understanding of government services and community needs
• Building an inclusive design culture that fosters feedback and fun with weekly and company-wide UX showcases, Q&A and open discussion, topics include:
  • The tension between private and public interests in cloud hosted government services
  • How are current trends in AI relevant to government services?
  • Can release notes be more than just release notes?
